The list ranks companies based on year-over-year revenue growth over the span of three years. CardCash\u2019s revenue for 2014 was $94.7 million, up 1,349% over the past three years. This year\u2019s rankings place CardCash at #348 after placing at #199 in 2014, #245 in 2013 and #68 in 2012.<\/p>\n
