All of our locations are located in the tri-state area and operate during normal business hours eastern standard time Monday to Friday.
We generally do not process any orders over the weekend unless it's during a high volume holiday season. If you have an urgent matter over the weekend please send an email to [email protected] and write in the subject line 'urgent'. We will attempt to have a member of our staff respond to you as soon as possible.

Buying Gift Cards:

I placed an order quite some time ago and haven’t received it. What’s the status of the order?

Orders are typically shipped via USPS within 24-48 hours of their being placed. You should receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
If this is an e-Gift Card purchase the gift card is typically sent within 24 hours of purchase. If it’s past this time frame and you have yet to receive your e-Gift Card please contact our customer support team.
You can always check the status of your order on any of our website’s pages by clicking on the Order Status tab.

I tried to use my card but it didn’t work. Why did this happen?

As CardCash.com is in the secondary gift card market we buy gift cards from other consumers and at times issues can crop up. All of our cards are fully backed by our 45-day guarantee. We apologize for this issue and we will help you resolve it.
If you have an issue with a card please send an email to [email protected] who will help you with your issue. For reference purposes make sure to send them your order number along with a picture of the card you had an issue with.

What qualifies a bulk buyer and what discounts are offered?

Purchases over $1,000 dollars are eligible for our bulk discount when checking out using ACH method of payment. If your purchase meets these standards you are eligible for an additional 3% off your purchase. Enter coupon code BULKSAVE3 at checkout to receive the full 3% off.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer two methods of payment for standard gift card purchases. Credit Card and PayPal. For purchases over $1,000 we offer ACH checking as an additional form of payment. Orders under $1,000 aren’t eligible for this payment method and will be cancelled if it’s used.

Shipping:

How do I receive the cards I purchased?

We offer two methods of delivery, digital delivery for our e-gift cards or snail mail delivery for our physical gift cards. Digital gift cards are emailed to the account we have on file within 24 hours.
Physical cards are sent via USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. If you want to receive your cards in an expeditious manner contact us for more information. Additional charges will apply.

How long does it take for the cards to arrive by mail?

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. The actual delivery time varies upon your location. All cards are shipped from New Jersey and can take 2-5 business days on average to arrive at your location.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free.

I am sending the card I purchased as a gift and would like to ship it to a different address than my billing address. Can I do that?

Orders paid with PayPal can only be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address. Credit Card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed on your credit card statement. For an exception to be made, please contact our sales team at 800-Cash-214. Exceptions are made by the sole discretion of our customer care representatives upon performing additional verification.

What is CardCash's return policy?

Unlike other venues that declare all sales of gift cards to be final, CardCash offers customers an option to return their cards. Customers can resell us their cards for our discounted buyback prices. Unfortunately, full refunds are not available unless the card is not valid.

How do I sell gift cards to CardCash.com?

The process is a simple one. Just go to our website and enter in your card type. You will be given a number of payment options to choose from.
Once your order is complete you will get a confirmation email with details on how to send in your cards.

Do I need to send in my gift cards or is entering codes enough?

We accept codes for a number of merchants. When you enter your card type at checkout there is an e-code option for the cards that we accept digitally.
If you sell us codes the only payment option is a check and you will receive 5% less than our mail-in option.

How long does it take to get my payment?

Once we receive your order we verify the balance on the cards and then issue your payment. The time it takes for the card to get to us varies greatly, more likely to do with your local post office than where exactly you are located, but generally it takes about 3-4 days to get to us.
Once we receive the card(s) the payment is typically issued within 24-48 hours. For new sellers there may be some additional information we need before the sale is completed. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you once your order arrives.

Do you accept gift cards that expire?

Unfortunately we don’t accept gift cards with any restrictions. One very common restriction is an expiration date. Others may be a gift card only valid at some of the merchant’s locations or a promotional gift card only valid on some products.

How do I proceed with trading gift cards to CardCash?

Once you click on the SELL option and enter your card information you will be presented with a number of offers. You can choose the “Get Cash” tab or you can choose the “Trade Gift Card” tab. When you choose the Trade option, you will see four different gift card payouts. You can trade your gift card for an Amazon Gift Card, turn them into United Airline Miles, a CVS Gift Card or a CardCash Gift Card.

Merchandise and store credits are issued by some merchants when an item is returned to their store without a receipt. Many merchants treat merchandise credits in the same manner as regular gift cards and only issue a different type of card for accounting purposes. However, some merchants impose restrictions on merchandise credits (e.g. only in store use, expiration dates, etc.). Most merchants allow gift cards to be used for online purchases. There are, however, merchants which do not allow this. Yes. Gift cards are as good as cash by each particular merchant. Coupons, rebates, in-store specials lower the price of the order. When it comes time to pay just swipe your gift card instead of your credit card or cash payment.
